An ideal introduction to trail running.
This route contains some gradual ascents on good tracks, and a short section of technical descent to practice footwork. It is a fun trail and takes you through two traditional berber villages on the edge of the Anoughal valley.
For those who have done a fair bit of road running and want to begin to take their skills to the trails, this is an ideal introductory run. Its also a very scenic route if you want to see the area but don’t have much time.
